Related Conditions

Many children with DCD have other conditions as well. Since DCD is a neurological problem, it is not surprising that the brain might also be affected in other ways.

The most common conditions that can occur with DCD are:

• Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
• Learning disabilities
• Speech and language difficulties

Children with DCD can be affected by one, two or all three of these related conditions.
